Pea and Almond Rice

2 c. basmati rice (washed rice well) 

1/2c. edible pod peas (diced) 

1/4 c. silvered almonds 

1 tsp. hing 

11easp. ground black pepper 

3 tsp. salt 

1/2 c. butter
