Last Week of Kartika!
November 5 is the last day of the auspicious month of Karttika. Here at Radha Vrindaban Chandra’s temple, we celebrate Karttika by singing the Damodarastakam and offering ghee lamps every morning between gurupuja and SB class and every night at the 8:30 arati. Please come and take advantage of this wonderful personal opportunity to worship Their Lordships during this most auspicious month!
“In the month of Kartika one should worship Lord Damodara and daily recite the prayer known as Damodara-ashtakam, which has been spoken by the sage Satyavrata and which attracts Lord Damodara.” (Sri Hari-bhakti-vilasa 2:16:198)
